At the heart of the venue, the magnificent Oak Barn features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, flooding the space with natural light. French doors open onto the veranda and terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoors and out. Ceremonies can take place inside the barn or beneath the romantic Clock Tower beside the water, while the stylish Small Barn offers a relaxed space for quiet moments, refreshments or smaller gatherings.

Dining and celebrations are handled with expertise by the venue’s exclusive catering partner, crafting bespoke menus from refined dining to relaxed feasts. With room for up to 140 seated guests and 180 for evening receptions, Sandhole Oak Barn suits both intimate occasions and grand events.

On-site accommodation includes 17 beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, including the charming Granary Cottage, allowing up to 37 guests to stay overnight. Getting-ready spaces such as the Dressing Room and Shepherd’s Hut ensure every detail is considered.
