Something incredible has arrived at Blue Planet Aquarium... a Common Octopus has officially settled into its new home in Rock Pools!

Despite the name, there's nothing "common" about this fascinating creature. Octopuses are among the most intelligent animals in the ocean, with amazing problem-solving skills and even the ability to recognise individual people.

So next time you visit us, don't be surprised if our newest resident is just as curious about you as you are about them!
