Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, we learnt the craft of barbecue from some of the region’s most respected pitmasters. Inspired by those experiences, Hickory’s Smokehouse brings together slow-cooked flavours, carefully prepared dishes & a welcoming team who pride themselves on genuine Southern hospitality.

We’re an authentic, Southern American-inspired Smokehouse, servin' up good food, great drinks & a whole lot of Southern hospitality. And when we say everyone’s welcome, we mean it - "from no teeth to false teeth."

From our Smokehouse Classics & full-on smokin’ BBQ feasts to much-loved Burgers, Fajitas and a whole host of vegan & vegetarian options, there’s something for everyone to tuck into.
