Artezzan Chester unveils fresh new menu inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean

A fresh chapter has arrived Artezzan Restaurant and Bar as it launches a brand-new menu on Tuesday 30th April. Known for its honest approach to Mediterranean-inspired food served in a modern, fresh, feel-good way, the new menu continues to impress with bold flavours and variety, with its first menu shake-up in twelve months.

Curated by head chef Jade Cheema, the updated offering introduces a range of delicious new dishes and seasonal ingredients, while staying true to the restaurant’s much-loved favourites.

“We’ve been working on this for so long and we’re so excited it’s finally launched,” says Jade. "Each dish brings something new to the table while keeping the spirit of what our guests love most - bold, balanced flavours reminiscent of the Mediterranean."

Highlights include:

- Spinach & Feta Filo Borek - hand rolled flaky filo pastry filled with spinach, feta and pine kernels served with tzatziki

- Gnocchi Salsicce - baked gnocchi with local butcher Dave Joinson’s award winning Italian pork sausage, wild mushrooms, creamy white wine sauce topped with Gran Moravia and rocket

- White Chocolate Crème Calzone - Mascarpone & white chocolate crème calzone with French vanilla ice cream

The new menu is available now at Artezzan Restaurant & Bar, located at 33 Pepper St, Chester. Bookings are open now via artezzan.com.
