Miffy welcomes Spring to Tatton Park

This Easter, Tatton Park is bursting with family-friendly fun inspired by Miffy. Little ones can head outdoors on a spring garden adventure, playing traditional games, searching for seasonal surprises and spotting colourful Miffy moments along the way, with chocolate rewards on selected dates. Over at Miffy’s Springtime Picnic on the Farm, you can meet cheeping chicks and leaping lambs as you collect everything you need for the perfect picnic with Miffy and her farmyard friends, while Miffy’s Mansion Treasure invites families to explore Tatton’s historic Mansion, spotting cosy corners and sparkling Easter egg displays from the grand state rooms to the servants’ quarters.

Lamb lovers can dive deeper during Lambing Week, with daily talks from the farm team about how they care for ewes and lambs at this special time of year. Across the Easter weekend there’s also a pop-up market packed with artisan food, local artwork, gifts and tempting treats, plus free drop-in musical storytelling sessions in the gardens that bring Miffy’s stories to life. To top it all off, you can ride the giant observation wheel, soaring high above the parkland for panoramic views and a memorable family moment this Easter in Cheshire.

Easter at Jodrell Bank

Put a spring in your step this Easter with a packed family day out to Jodrell Bank. From 4–19 April, you can fill your space passport and gather stellar discoveries on the Mission: Explore stamp trail, and get hands-on at cosmic craft stations exploring life on Earth and the mysteries of neighbouring planets. For little explorers aged 2–5, the popular Ted's Space Adventure dome show returns, providing a gentle, musical introduction to the cosmos with a trip across the Solar System. When you’re ready for some green space amidst all the outer space, wander through the scenic arboretum, let imaginations run wild in the outdoor playground, or drop into a Discover The Dish session for a bite-sized introduction to Jodrell’s iconic ‘big dish’. Hungry astronauts can refuel at one of the cafés serving delicious, locally sourced treats, or bring a picnic and make the most of the picturesque outdoor spots. Book online to save 10% on general admission.
