Priding themselves in the quality and longevity of the quality of their meat, Aubrey Allen only select the top 4% of the best beef cattle in the British Isles and support British Farmers. The cattle are born and bred in a clean, green way which enhances flavour and are left at pasture for most of the year, which is essential for exceptional quality beef and happiness of the cattle. The beef is finished in specially designed locked in dry ageing rooms for a minimum of 28 days to enhance flavour and tenderness. Their beef is the most ethically produced meat, allowing diners at The Forge to eat sustainably reared meat with a clear conscience. The Forge was awarded two AA Rosettes for Culinary Excellence in 2023, showcasing that quality food and unrivalled service is core to the offering.The team at the Forge ensure a fabulous experience, from the knowledgeable staff helping to assist with your menu choices, to serving a range of cocktails to your table from the amazing cocktail trolley.
View InfoTerms and conditions apply. Bookings for Christmas Day require a £50.00 per person deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due four weeks before Christmas Day. Full cancellation charges apply after this date or once full payment has been made. All payments are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be used towards other amenities. Tables are allocated for two hours and 30 minutes from the booked arrival time, with sittings available between 12:00pm and 4:00pm. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your booking. Pre-orders are required at least 14 days before your reservation. The à la carte menu will not be available. All menus are subject to availability. Please advise us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.
