Sharehappy at The Ice Cream Farm Set to Sprinkle the Summer with Surprises

Award-winning visitor attraction The Ice Cream Farm is adding a dose of Willy Wonka-style magic for children this summer, with a surprise for each one through its doors.

Hundreds and thousands of giveaways will mark the official launch of the Farm’s ongoing Sharehappy philosophy; created for its visitors, team and community to fully experience the value of the unique Tattenhall family business.

With a catch-line of “Happiness is a gift meant to be shared” the innovative team behind The Ice Cream Farm is giving each young visitor a lucky dip prize; from the 1st of July until the 31st of August.

“Through Sharehappy we aim to give our visiting families enhanced value in a fun and memorable way this summer,” said CEO and Owner of The Ice Cream Farm, Jonathan Fell.

“We already had the wheels in motion for this campaign when the Government’s Great British Summer Savings Scheme was announced - enabling us to go even further by passing those additional savings directly to our customers through reduced entry prices, alongside meal deal offers across our food outlets.

“These Government-backed savings and the Sharehappy token of happiness for each child will run throughout the summer, making a visit to The Ice Cream Farm even more affordable, and giving every family a reason to return.”

The rural attraction is renowned for its extraordinary experiences – which include the world’s largest ice cream parlour; the world’s first Ice Cream Drive In; and all-weather outdoor play areas where ice cream trees make snowstorms and Flavour Stations fill the air with the scent of ice cream flavours.

Behind it all is a family business, which this year celebrates four decades of ice cream innovation, and whose purpose is central to 2026’s summer campaign.

“Cheshire Farm Ice Cream was founded by my parents in 1986 with a commitment to producing the highest quality Cheshire ice cream,” added Jonathan. “A great deal has changed since we opened The Ice Cream Farm in 2015, evolving far beyond its roots as an ice cream destination, with new attractions, experiences and ways for families to spend time together.

Visitors to The Ice Cream Farm this summer can also expect a family-friendly Escape Room open daily, as well as pop-up entertainment throughout the summer. In the record-holding ice cream parlour there are new flavours including Irn-Bru; Pineapple, Peach & Chilli; Salted Caramel Pretzel; Cherry Cola; and Raspberry Trifle. The Ice Cream Drive In will offer Sharehappy surprises for visitors wanting the core ice cream-only experience.
