First Look at Springland as it opens at Partridge Lakes
A captivating springtime experience which promises a magical adventure for all the family has now opened.
And the first look at Springland, the stunning seasonal attraction which has taken over Partridge Lakes near Warrington, can be revealed.
Springland, which promises to enchant visitors of all ages, runs on selected dates during April.
It comes from the same creative team behind the spooktacular Halloweenville, which entertained thousands of family visitors from across the country at the beautiful countryside location last October.
Now step into a real-life fairytale where you can join a bewitching interactive quest with Princess Araya and help her save the magical kingdom of Springland.
Follow the map as you embark on a beguiling journey during which you will meet a whole host of whimsical creatures and have the chance to take part in a series of captivating challenges.
Train to be a knight at Araya’s castle and feed real alpacas at Twinklehorn Farm, make a springtime wish with a friendly rabbit at the wishing well deep in the enchanted forest and sing with the mermaids at Bloomtide Bay.
Each adventurer is invited to follow the 1km trail through Springland at their own pace, and once they have completed their quest, they can show their completed map and pick up a prize.
Visitors also have the chance to spend time enjoying the relaxing lakeside views and some delicious treats from the Patridge Lakes café overlooking the water, the Coffee Hut which will also be selling ice cream and desserts, or special vendors offering coffee, ice cream, special stone-baked pizzas and more.
Entry is by timed ticket but once you are on site you can stay for as long as you like during either morning or afternoon session.
A special sensory session will take place from 10-10.30am on Friday, 10 April, offering children and adults with additional needs a calmer and more accessible experience.
The attraction is fun for all ages and is suitable for wheelchairs and prams. It is also dog-friendly if you want to bring your four-legged friends.
The unmissable new interactive adventure was due to be launched last weekend, but bad weather delayed its opening.
Springland owners Barbara Ikin and Callum Morgan said today: “There’s no better way to celebrate the start of the new season than with a visit to Springland.
“We’ve worked hard to develop a fantastic experience for all the family which is full of the joys of spring. And while our planned launch had to be postponed due to inclement weather, we’re now ready to open the gates with dates through April and can guarantee visitors a world filled with springtime colour, fairytale enchantment and some very special seasonal surprises.”
