Piazzola Ensemble (Sandbach Concert Series)

An enchanting evening where classical music meets tango is heading to the charming historic market town of Sandbach. The Sandbach Concert Series, now in its 17th season, is delighted to present the Piazzola Ensemble as part of our Celebration Weekend. 

Expect specially-arranged music of Astor Piazzolla performed by a star-studded nine-piece ensemble, featuring guest musicians from Portugal: João Pedro Silva (saxophone) and Tomás Silva (cello).This festival concert offers a full programme of the main artists with a relaxed interval and refreshments. 

Starting at 7pm and finishing at 9pm, it’s ideal for families and anyone who enjoys high-quality live music without a late night.
