About

Accessible Santa Experience

A Santa visit with no queue, no countdown and no pressure.

Created by SEN parents, for children who need things done a little differently.

Session times

10:00am – 11:30am
12:00pm – 1:30pm
2:00pm – 3:30pm

What to expect

Every session lasts 90 minutes, and your family can use the time however works best for you. Come and go as you need, including leaving the room and coming back if things get too much.

Inside the Garret Theatre you’ll find:

Make your own decoration – a craft station to take home

Make your own Christmas card – for someone special

Free play area – toys, building and play at your own pace

Sensory area – for exploring and calm

Santa, in the room the whole time – say hello, have a chat or a photo if your child wants to, or simply enjoy the room. There’s no pressure at all, and watching from a distance is a perfectly good visit.

Every child receives a gift to take home. You can choose whether it’s wrapped or unwrapped, which is helpful for children who find surprises tricky.

Pay what you can: We want every family to be able to come.

When you book, you choose what you pay for each child (accompanying adults do not need a ticket):

£8- covers the full cost of the visit for one child

£4 – a contribution towards the cost

Free – no explanation needed

Parents and carers come for free and DO NOT need to book a ticket, children MUST be accompanied by an Adult (18+) throughout the session.

All children receive exactly the same experience, whichever option is chosen. If you’re able to pay £8, you help us offer free places to other families. We’re also grateful to our sponsors, who help fund free places.

We can’t wait to welcome you.
