Bolete Bistro

Bolete was founded in late 2022 by owner-operators Shaun and Kayleigh with a vison to share what they love most: great coffee, craft beer, fine wine and forming lasting relationships over good food.

The menu is always evolving to embrace the changing seasons, using ingredients sourced locally where possible. When the tides align, we work directly with local fishermen to present the freshest seafood from the bay. Their approach to cooking is simple yet focuses on classic techniques with minimal fuss. They offer a selection of wine and craft beer on tap, showcasing some of the finest brews the country has to offer.
