Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & our ‘Southern Pride’ smokers from Tennessee are set right into the heart of our restaurants. Our Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South. It takes more than a smoker to make our meat fall-off the-bone tender though. It’s the skill and passion of our pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. At Hickory’s we have a saying... “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And our pitmasters are our heroes. Our Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this. Think BBQ trays made for sharing, platters for when you want a bit of everything, and traditional authentic stapes you’d find at any Smokehouse in the states. Not in the mood for smoked? No problem.
