Our menu is the result of 25 trips to over 80 towns and cities across the Southern States and counting. Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Our Authentic grain-fed brisket is smoked for up to 16 hours in our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & our Southern Pride smokers from Tennessee.
