On Easter Sunday, we’ll be serving our Sunday Menu alongside our all-day lounge menu, giving you plenty of choice for your celebration. From traditional roasts with all the trimmings to lighter dishes and seasonal plates, there’s something to suit every appetite, whether you’re planning a long lunch or a more laid-back evening. Food will be served from 1pm to 8:30pm.
If you’re joining us earlier in the weekend, our à la carte menu will be available as usual on Good Friday and Easter Saturday, making it the perfect time for a relaxed dinner, date night or a catch-up with friends.

Priding themselves in the quality and longevity of the quality of their meat, Aubrey Allen only select the top 4% of the best beef cattle in the British Isles and support British Farmers. The cattle are born and bred in a clean, green way which enhances flavour and are left at pasture for most of the year, which is essential for exceptional quality beef and happiness of the cattle. The beef is finished in specially designed locked in dry ageing rooms for a minimum of 28 days to enhance flavour and tenderness. Their beef is the most ethically produced meat, allowing diners at The Forge to eat sustainably reared meat with a clear conscience.
