The base voucher is valid for 2 adults, with up to 2 children (aged 9–18) included free of charge. You may use the voucher for a group of up to 4 children, but it cannot be redeemed for more than 2 adults. Extra adults or children can be added during the booking process for an additional cost.

3. Pre-booking is required*.

5. Gift cards and E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your experience, 72 hours notice must be given in advance. Cancellations need to be rebooked within the year.
