Chocolate Making & Tasting Workshop

This workshop is a fun 90-minutes of chocolate tasting and truffle making. You will have the opportunity to watch chocolate flakes being made by hand and advice on how to make your own at home. Learn about centres and flavouring ganache. Try your hand at creating your own truffles; select your centre, add additional ingredients, shape and decorate. Choose from a wide variety of ingredients. You can make all your chocolates the same, or all different - it's up to you! You get to take away everything you make away with you in a beautiful ribbon-tied bag at the end, along with lots of helpful tips and tricks.
