28th & 29th November, 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 18th - 23rd December 2026. Time slots 3pm, 4pm, 5pm and 6pm.
The time selected is your arrival time. Please arrive NO later than 30 minutes after this selected time. If you arrive after this, we cannot guarantee entry to the event.
Please note, play structures will be closed as this is a special event.

- What time should I arrive for my timeslot?
Please arrive as close to your timeslot as possible. If you arrive at the wrong time/date, we cannot guarantee entry to the event. You must arrive no later than 30 mins after your timeslot, or you will not be allowed entry.
- How long does the event last?
This Christmas experience will last approximately 1.5 hours.
- How long does the pantomime last?
The mini pantomime will be approx. 20 minutes and is suitable for all ages.
- What time is the pantomime on?
Pantomime times: 3.30pm, 4.30pm, 5:30pm, 6.30pm (showtimes subject to change).
- Can I buy food and drink?
Hot food and drinks will be available to purchase on site.
- What should I wear?
Please ensure you wear suitable, comfy footwear and wrap up warm. Our trail is all outdoors, and it is winter after all! If it’s due to rain, then we recommend wearing wellies and waterproofs. There is very minimal undercover space, and the route may have puddles.
- Can we play on the structures?
The play structures (slides, zip wires etc..) within the park will be closed during this event.
- Can we bring dogs?
Dogs are not permitted at BeWILDerwood, with the exception of registered assistance dogs. Please leave your furry friends safe and comfortable at while you enjoy your evening with us.
