About

Restaurant Noted

A small neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Chester city centre, brought to you by Chef Andrew Sheridan and Open Restaurant Group. We specialise in farm-to-fork cuisine, crafted with seasonal produce from our sister site’s farm, “Sow,” in Worcestershire, inspired by flavours and techniques from around the world.

At Noted, dining is designed to be both personal and playful. Our ever-changing menu celebrates British-farmed produce with creative international influences, offering small and large sharing dishes that invite conversation and exploration. Set within an intimate 16–20 cover space in the heart of Chester, guests enjoy attentive, chef-led service in a warm, relaxed setting — blending the creativity of fine dining with the ease of neighbourhood dining.

At Noted, the menu is designed around sharing small plates alongside larger dishes — ideal for dining solo, as a couple, or with friends. The cuisine celebrates British-farmed produce, paired with international inspirations and creative twists.
