1. Royal Cheshire County Show

The Royal Cheshire County Show returns this Tuesday and Wednesday and promises to be bigger and better than ever before. Look forward to an extraordinary event, packed with exciting attractions, such as the Stannage Stunt Team. Known for their high-energy performances, the Stannage Stunt Team will leave audiences thrilled. But that's not all! As always, the show will feature favourites including over 3,000 animals to see and interact with, main ring attractions that promise to entertain and delight visitors of all ages and hundreds of shopper stalls, offering a variety of products.

Plus the highly anticipated evening concert is back for its third year and this year its all about the best decade ever, the 90s. Expect a huge 90s pop celebration jam-packed with nostalgia, high-energy tribute performances, and spectacular special effects.

2. Could be Real Tribute Festival

This Friday, head to Walton Hall and Gardens in Warrington for the Could it be Real Tribute Festival, an open air concert featuring the very best tribute acts. The line up includes ABBA Revival, Laura Jayne Butler as Amy Winehouse, Joel Coombes as Elton John, King of Lyon, The Oasis Experience and Flash (a Queen tribute). It’s going to be a night of legendary tunes and unforgettable fun! Expect massive singalongs, hands-in-the-air anthems, and feel-good energy from start to finish.

3. The World Worm Charming Championships

This Saturday it's one of Cheshire's most famous and unusual events, the World Worm Charming Championships. Every June, the lawns of Willaston Primary Academy transform into a wriggly, giggly playground as competitors from far and wide—equipped with garden forks, tennis rackets, pogo sticks, and even musical instruments battle it out for the golden worm trophy. Come and see how many worms will be charmed and find out if anyone will beat the existing Guinness World Record of 567 worms!!

4. DogFest Tatton

Dog lovers and anyone who just loves a fantastic day out, it's time! DogFest is back this weekend and bursting with wonderful activities for you to enjoy with the whole family, four-legged included!
