Wilmslow is a shopper’s paradise.

Foodies won’t be disappointed after a trip to Wilmslow either. Take your pick from fine Italian dining at celebrity favourite CIBO, delicious Greek food from the Stolen Lamb, brunch and small plates from Suburban Green or Smoke, or for more exotic tastes try Zumuku Sushi or Potyo Coastal Indian. For those with a sweet tooth try Gail's who recently opened their first store in the north of England here or Buzzy bee bakery.  For superfood bowls and smoothies try The Plant Boost, the Mucky Pup for heart-warming Irish dishes or Browns Brasserie & Bar for a delightful selection of classic Brasserie dishes and seasonally inspired creations.

After you’ve feasted, take a stroll along through the picturesque Carrs Park right in the heart of the town centre or the River Bollin towards Styal Village and Quarry Bank Mill. Quarry Bank Mill is one of the best preserved textile mills of the Industrial Revolution, and the evocative Victorian apprentice house was home to hundreds of young children who were sent to work in the mill.

Make a night of it with a visit to the newly refurbish boutique cinema The Rex or a visit to one of the many great traditional pubs like The Coach and Four or the King William who also offer overnight accommodation. If it's something more up tempo you're after try Aura Bar, then dance the night away at Symposium nightclub.
