Our menu is the result of 25 trips to over 80 towns and cities across the Southern States and counting. Our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & our ‘Southern Pride’ smokers from Tennessee are set right into the heart of our restaurants.Our Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.It takes more than a smoker to make our meat fall off the bone tender though. It’s the skill & passion of our pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. At Hickory’s we have a saying... “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And our pitmasters are our heroes.Our Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this.
