About

Inspire 26

ART – in all its forms – will be brought to life at St Boniface Church in Bunbury later this year.

For three days in June, the church will be full of paintings, ceramics, jewellery, photography, textiles, metalwork, and woodwork – most of which will also be for sale.

"St Boniface is such a fantastic space for an exhibition,” said Elaine Crotty, who helped to organise Inspire 22 which attracted 460 visitors.

This year Inspire 26 hopes to inspire even more people to visit the church which will be decorated with flowers from June 26 to 28.

For the first time, there will also be a garden created by villagers outside the church.

All money raised at the art and flower show will go towards the upkeep of St Boniface Church, a designated Grade I listed building which dates mainly from the 14th century.

Anyone can apply to exhibit and sell their works of art, but must do so before the May 19 deadline. All artwork is accepted at the discretion of the art curator.
