Green January is about celebrating our vegetarian and vegan offerings which we are so well known for. Vegetables are a huge part of what we do, they are incredibly versatile and a mainstay of Middle Eastern, North African and Mediterranean cuisine all of which are a huge source of inspiration for our food.
