1) Astronomy Photographer of the Year Exhibition
Travel to the edge of the universe in astounding detail at the Astronomy Photographer of the Year exhibition, at Jodrell Bank.
Astronomy Photographer of the Year produced by Royal Observatory Greenwich, is an annual competition featuring the world’s greatest space photography, with amateurs and professionals alike turning their lenses towards the ever-shifting majesty of the skies.
Photographers from across the globe compete to take home the prestigious title, and this year’s winner Andromeda, Unexpected, can be viewed alongside many more runners up and highly commended images.

2) Mamma Mia Bottomless Brunch
This Saturday afternoon, turn up the volume and enjoy this popular bottomless brunch event at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa. Featuring a live musical tribute to ABBA from talented vocal duo Harmony at 12pm.
Get the party started with free-flowing Prosecco, bottled beer and soft drinks for 90 minutes (bottomless drinks served from 12pm until 1:30pm only).

3) Bedazzled after Dark
This Saturday, shake off the January blues with an evening of glamour, creativity, and unforgettable entertainment at Lady Lever Art Gallery, inspired by Bedazzled: Evening Wear from the 1920s to Today.
With a live performance from Dan Chan's dazzling drag cabaret and a soulful DJ set from Queensway Collective. Plus creative workshops where you can immerse yourself in hands-on jewellery making, fashion illustration, and up-cycling sessions. 4) Landscapes to Surrealism Exhibition
This week Nantwich Museum has an exciting new exhibition, 'Landscapes to Surrealism' by local artist Ray Perez. With vibrant pictures employing a variety of techniques including water colour, gouache, oil, acrylic and coloured pencil to portray a wide variety of subjects from local landscapes to surrealism.
Ray comments "It is the colours, textures and shapes which interest me. My aspiration is, get the viewer to look closely at my paintings, not just to pass by, then appreciate how things can be taken from a 3D view and placed into 2D view in the form of a painting". Ray Perez trained as a graphic designer and has travelled widely, using the photographs he has taken to develop his artwork. Entry to both the exhibition and the Museum is FREE (Closed Sundays). 5) Sci-Fi Film Season at Jodrell Bank
Warm up at Jodrell Bank and settle in for sci-fi films in the Space Dome. Dive into a galaxy of wonder with this epic Sci-Fi film series! From the mind-bending adventures of Hitchhikers and Blade Runners to the heart warming tales of Wall-E and Big Hero 6, there's something for every sci-fi fan at Jodrell Bank.
