A fantastic new Art Trail launched last weekend in Crewe with an activity-packed programme of FREE community events! The Crewe Art Trail has been delivered by Crewe Town Council, with funding awarded from the central government UKSPF fund.
This outdoor adventure combines fresh air, a country walk and locally crafted spirits. Walk through stunning Macclesfield Forest before enjoying an exclusive tasting at The Forest Distillery, home to award-winning Cheshire gin, rum, and whiskey.
Head to Beeston Castle to explore the 13th-century fortress and enjoy stunning panoramic views across the Cheshire Plain. Discover the history of the site and the legend of Richard II’s lost treasure.
Cheshire Day is a county-wide celebration of what makes Cheshire great. The date commemorates the day in 1300 when King Edward I granted the county its Charter of Liberties.
Families will have the chance to join a new forest adventure as the much-loved character Stick Man, based on the beautiful picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, returns to Delamere Forest in 2025.
