Just in time for World Book Day, BeWILDerwood is launching an exciting new series of short stories! The first in the series, Minty and the Big Stink, has already captured the hearts of BeWILDerwood fans—and now you have the chance to win your very own copy, along with tickets to one of the BeWILDerwood parks!

Meet Minty the Crocklebog!

Lesser-known character from the original BeWILDerwood books, Minty the Crocklebog, takes centre stage in this brand-new series. As the niece of fan-favourite Mildred, Minty is a smaller, cheekier, and fearless version of her famous aunt—always ready for an adventure (or a little bit of mischief!).

Author Tom Blofeld shares his excitement “Mildred is one of our most beloved characters, so we think fans will really love Minty too. She’s fun, brave, and just a little bit impatient, with a tendency to get into mischief. We hope people will love reading about her adventures.”

Minty’s First Adventure - Minty and the Big Stink!

In this delightful new story, Minty finds herself in a bit of a pongy predicament after a messy play in the Stinkwort Swamp. With a whiff so strong it sends the Twiggles running, Minty needs a little help from her BeWILDerwood friends to get squeaky clean again!

The exciting new books are aimed at younger readers, introducing them to the whimsical world of BeWILDerwood in a whole new way. First edition copies will be available exclusively from the BeWILDerwood shop and with ticket purchases, before going on general sale later in the year.
