If you've never experienced Japanese teppan-yaki dining before, we'd highly recommend a visit to Siam Teppan-yaki near Chester railway station. This independent, family run restaurant is set in the old Canal Warehouse off City Rd, and has a superb atmosphere with high ceilings and brick walls that create a wonderful ambience for an evening with a difference.

This split level restaurant has the Teppan-yaki restaurant downstairs, where each communal eating area is run by an authentic Teppan-yaki Chef who will entertain and amaze you with his precision knife skills whilst preparing great tasting food for each guest right in front of you. The drama, the atmosphere and the fun all come to life around the Teppan-yaki kitchen, ensuring that guests of all types enjoy the experience.

The Teppan-yaki restaurant serves traditional starters such as sushi and sashimi made on the premises from the freshest produce. The main course is an experience in itself, the theatre and showmanship of Japanese Teppan-yaki cooking combines amazing feats of juggling, balancing and percussion with the creation of delicious food.

The restaurant upstairs serves delicious Thai food, featuring the bold flavours of South East Asia and the graceful elegance of your serving staff. The flavours are clean and precise, perfectly representing this exciting region of the world. The Thai restaurant offers a more tranquil dining experience where authentic Thai food can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area. Traditional Thai decor, exotic palms and orchids provide a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy the fragrant delights of Thai cuisine.

Whichever eating style you choose you will enjoy an evening like no other at this award winning restaurant.
