WELCOME TO ODDFELLOWS FIRST ‘WONDERLAND’ LOCAL PRODUCE TASTING DINNER- DESIGNED FOR LOCAL FOOD-LOVERS


The Oddfellows team is thrilled to unveil the first in its brand-new series of Wonderland tasting dinners — a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship, and the finest local produce. Chefs Harry Elliott and Craig Woodworth have been working their magic behind the scenes, crafting a sensational winter-inspired menu that showcases the very best from award-winning local suppliers. Expect an unforgettable journey through flavour, texture, and imagination.

The Menu

A Glass of Sparkling Wine from local vineyard Vines of Cheshire

Homemade Bread, salted butter

Amuse Bouche, tartlet with chicken skin and crab

Pig’s Head Croquette, pink lady apple gel

Grape Risotto, sage, gorgonzola, candied walnuts

Duck Breast, celeriac purée, piccolo parsnip, blackberry, duck fat granola & lollipop

Miso Cod, with saké beurre blanc

Fillet Steak & Short Rib Ballotine, artichoke purée, mini onion rings

Pre-Dessert, Thai basil ice cream

Chocolate & Caramel Delice, pistachio sponge & candied pistachio

£75 per person

Accompanying Wine Flight available to order on the night

Each course features outstanding ingredients from David Joinson Quality Butchers, Hoole Food Market, The Cheese Wedge Chester, and Vines of Cheshire — all bringing their local excellence to your plate.

This exclusive pre-Christmas dining experience takes place on Thursday, 27th November, hosted by Izzy and the passionate Oddfellows team. Places are limited with one sitting only at 6:30/7pm. Please note, we are unable to cater to any dietary requirements for this service.

Private Dining is also available for this event, for up to 14 guests.
