Crewe Heritage Centre - Kids Go Free in 2026

Free admission for children in 2026 from 1st April when Crewe Heritage Centre reopens.

This is a saving of £6 per child per visit compared to 2025. With new displays and interactive experiences alongside a full programme of special events designed for visitors of all ages.

This will enhance the returning favourites:

* The Miniature Railway

* The model Railway]

* The Crewe at War exhibition and the return of some old favourite objects

* Standard-gauge locomotives, including the 8000th locomotive built at Crewe Works and the world-record-holding APT-P

* The viewing platform

* Historic signalling displays

* Shop and Cafe

Families can also plan budget-friendly days out with the return of Free Admission on Wednesdays during Cheshire East school holidays.
