Spectacular Autumn Lights Comes to Cheshire County Showground for the First Time: Fireworks, Live Music & Family Fun on 25 October 2025

For the very first time, Autumn Lights, the UK’s most magical touring firework fiesta, is coming to Cheshire County Showground on Saturday 25 October 2025. The event, which has wowed crowds across the country in previous years, promises an evening packed with entertainment including two breath-taking fireworks displays choreographed to music, headline live acts, fairground rides, delicious street food, and much more.

A New Destination for Autumn Lights Cheshire joins the Autumn Lights tour for the first time in 2025, making this a milestone year for both the organisers and local families. Known for transforming outdoor spaces into festival-style experiences, Autumn Lights has grown into one of the UK’s most anticipated seasonal events and this year, Cheshire audiences will finally get to experience the magic for themselves.

A spokesperson for Autumn Lights said: “We are thrilled to be bringing Autumn Lights to Cheshire for the very first time. We know families love a big fireworks celebration, and we can’t wait to deliver an event that’s so much more than just a display. With incredible live acts, food, funfair rides and entertainment for all ages, it is going to be a night to remember.”

Headliners & Highlights To celebrate its Cheshire debut, Autumn Lights is raising the bar with an exciting line-up:
• Dick & Dom – CBBC legends bringing party classics and feel-good anthems to get the whole crowd dancing.
• Young Elton – a spectacular, high-energy tribute to Elton John, complete with iconic costumes, dazzling visuals, and timeless hits.
• Double Firework Displays – a children’s display early in the evening, followed by the main choreographed spectacle lighting up the Cheshire sky.
• Festival Atmosphere – family funfair rides, roaming performers, light shows, and a mouth-watering array of street food and bars.

More Than Fireworks Autumn Lights is designed as a destination event. Visitors can arrive early to enjoy fairground rides, sample food and drink, and soak up the atmosphere before the fireworks begin. With roaming entertainers and light performers adding sparkle throughout the evening, the event blends the excitement of a festival with the tradition of fireworks night.

For families, the dedicated children’s firework display offers a shorter, earlier show, giving younger audiences the chance to enjoy the magic without staying out late. The main fireworks finale then closes the evening with a dazzling, fully choreographed spectacle set to music.

This will be the first time Cheshire audiences have the opportunity to experience Autumn Lights in their own county, making 2025 a landmark year.

For families, groups of friends, and fireworks enthusiasts, the event promises a unique mix of entertainment that goes far beyond a traditional bonfire night.

As one of the organisers explained: “Cheshire has been on our radar for a long time, and the County Showground is the perfect venue. It gives us the space to deliver the full Autumn Lights experience — music, food, rides, performers and, of course, two world-class fireworks displays.”
