Acton in the English Civil War

Nantwich Museum have launched some Autumn talks which will all take place in the Museum's Millennium Gallery. The talks support the current free exhibition ‘ Ancient Villages - Seven Miles round Nantwich’.

During the English Civil War Acton was the site of a small garrison defending the northern approaches to Nantwich. Find out what happened during this turbulent period.

The talks cost £6 (£5 Museum members), children free.
