Chester Staycation Competition with Merseyrail

Terms and Conditions:

Leonardo Hotel Chester - 1 night stay in a family room with breakfast for up to 2 adults and 2 children. Subject to availability and valid to 30.3.26. 
Paddle the Dee - Family kayaking  90 minute tour. Maximum family size of 6. Ages from 6+. There must be at least one adult on the trip, and one adult for each child aged less than 10. Dates and times will be subject to availability. Use within 12 months.
Tours Around Chester - Walking Food tour around Chester – up to a family of 4. Valid for 12 months - expiry Aug 26. Experience dates - maybe subject to availability.
The Hole in the Wand Chester – Family ticket valid until 31.03.26, No Cash Value. Includes an additional drink and cake.  Includes Guidebook, Quill and Digital Photo.

The winner is responsible for arranging activities with the third party, booking instructions will be provided to winner, once the competition has closed - non transferable and no cash value.

Merseyrail Competition Terms and Conditions:

1.  Entrants to the draw will be those who complete the entry requirements including answering a general question about Merseyrail correctly.

2.    All Merseyrail staff and their immediate families are ineligible for entry into the draw.

3.    The winner will picked at random on 30 July 2025 after the competition closes, and will be contacted via phone number/email address provided.

4.    The instructions provided on the website or anywhere else on Merseyrail's channels form part of the terms & conditions of this competition. In the event of a conflict, these terms & conditions take precedence.
 
5.    Only one entry per person will be admitted to the draw.

6.    No purchases are necessary for entry into the competition.

7.    Entrants' personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering and assessing this Prize Draw.

8.    If Merseyrail are unable to contact the winner from initial notification or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn.

9.    Merseyrail will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified prize.

10.    The prize is not transferable.

11.    Merseyrail accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to the prize(s).

12.    Merseyrail's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.    There is no cash alternative in whole or in part to any stated prize unless stated otherwise.

14.    In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available, Merseyrail reserves the right to end or suspend the competition; amend these terms & conditions; declare void the notification of winner(s); and/or to allocate available prizes by conducting a simple draw from all wrongly allocated winners.

19.  Merseyrail reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable. Merseyrail will endeavour to avoid any disappointment or any disadvantage to those who have already entered.
