Boodles May Festival is returning to Chester Racecourse on the 7th, 8th and 9th of May and the three day celebration of renowned racing kicks off with Trials Day. This is your chance to hear the iconic roar of Chester for the first time in 2025 as we commence what promises to be an unmissable season.

Trials Day sets the tone of Chester’s biggest race meeting with owners and trainers of the highest calibre showcasing their talents, with the hope of seeing the rise of new racing champions. This fixture sees the running of The Cheshire Oaks, a trail for the Epsom Oaks for fillies and The Chester Vase, one of two trials run at the meeting for the Epson Derby. Don’t miss your opportunity to get close up to some of the best horses in action.
