Cosmic Threads Workshop

Workshops run from 10.30 to 15.30 

Step into a universe of creativity with a truly special one-day workshop that brings together the magic of mixed media textiles and the mysteries of the cosmos.

Led by renowned textile artist Anne Kelly, explore creative experimentation, celebrate wonder, and connect with the universe through stitch. Using layered techniques, fabric, thread, and inspiration from deep space, you’ll work on your own unique piece under Anne’s expert tuition, merging textiles with the celestial.

This is more than just a workshop. It’s a chance to be part of something bigger. You’ll have the option to donate your artwork to a historic community textile project marking 80 years of Jodrell Bank, which will go on public display in December 2025 as part of our permanent collection – or take your creation home as a personal keepsake of your journey through the stars.
