We round off the concert with two powerful statements: Haydn’s jubilant ‘London’ Symphony and Elgar’s Pomp and Circumstance March No. 1, performed as a tribute to the 80th anniversary of VE Day — a moment to reflect, remember, and celebrate the enduring spirit of that generation.
