1) Land of Lights at Gulliver's World Resort
This week is the first week of Land of Lights at Gulliver's World Resort, Warrington, a place where nature’s most majestic creatures and natural wonders have been reimagined. 2) Regalia Talks at Chester Town Hall
This week Chester Town Hall are offering Regalia Talks, giving you the opportunity to get up close to the city's unique civic treasures as you discover the history of the Lord Mayor and just why they have a sword and a mace! 3) Step into Christmas at Crewe Lyceum Theatre
If you are feeling festive we've got the perfect feel-good show to get you in the Christmas spirit. This Christmassy show, brings all the magic of the season to life, with all the songs you know and love! And as granny will always tell you, the old songs are the best, including – All I Want for Christmas is you, Last Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock, Stay another Day, Let it Snow, White Christmas, Do They Know its Christmas, A Winters Tale, Merry Xmas Everybody and many many more! 4) Chester Christmas Market
The popular Christmas Market returns to Chester city centre this week until 22nd December. It's the perfect place to pick up unique and personal gifts for the special people in your life, as well as a great place to treat yourself to a few festive treats! You will find 70 traders situated around our huge twinkling tree, offering unique, locally made produce, handmade crafts, jewellery, accessories, stocking fillers and more. Find out more ->

5) The Little Mermaid at The Brindley Theatre
This week the Little Mermaid comes to the Brindley Theatre. Based on the 1989 animated film, this underwater fantasy tale tells the story of Princess Ariel, a mermaid who is fascinated by the human world and who sells her voice to the evil sea witch Ursula in exchange for three days on dry land after she falls in love with the handsome Prince Eric.
Featuring an Oscar winning score with classic songs such as Under the Sea, Kiss the Girl and Part of Your World, this is the perfect family show to start your festive season. Find out more ->
