Festive light shows are becoming more popular for visitor attractions to diversify over the winter months and offer their customers something a little different. Gulliver’s World theme park in Warrington has done exactly that and does not disappoint with its enchanting ‘Land of Lights’ which takes visitors on a journey of dreamworlds which encompass water creatures, the wild west, magical woodlands, pixies and fairies, bugs, an animal kingdom and even dinosaurs. The light trail doesn’t stop from start to finish, providing countless photo opportunities with some light displays to sit in along the way! The Christmas themed finale with the North Pole Express really is something that will create long lasting memories for all ages from young and old to enjoy.
If you would like to make more of your time at Gulliver’s World, there are options to book tickets for selected Christmas rides and visit Santa in his Grotto and the elves in their workshop. Gully has a Christmas show too which will add some more sparkle and magic to a family day out and there are overnight options too with the on-site themed hotel.
Congratulations to Gulliver’s World for supporting BBC Children in Need too, there is a very special Pudsey Bear lantern as part of the show which is very impressive. The Park scheduled in a Glow Walk in November with £5 from each £12 ticket sold going directly to support the Children in Need charity. As an added incentive, any participant received a return ticket for Gulliver’s World in 2024.
