With the Bank Holiday fast approaching, we thought we would share a gorgeous, simple cocktail recipe which you can try and home and adapt for the whole family! What makes our recipe special? It is made with Cheshire’s finest produce of course!

To make our cocktail (one serving), all you need is:

For our younger audience, and those non-drinkers, omit the gin and prosecco and enjoy a tipple just as tasty with soda or lemonade instead!

Instructions

The Cheshire Cocktail is easy to make, add a few cubes of ice to your glass (our favourites are champagne flutes), then simply pour in each ingredient.

Serving Suggestion

For those feeling indulgent, why not pair your cocktail with a selection of local cheeses from the Cheshire Cheese Company? Our favourites are the Smokey Redwood Cheddar and the Gin and Lemon Cheshire Cheese.  Alternatively, order a food delivery from a local supplier.

Now sit back, relax, and enjoy your bank holiday!

Remember to share photos of your cocktails tagging #OurCheshireAtHome
