These 6 beautiful cottages are situated in a stunning rural location on a family working farm with totally unspoilt views across open fields. They provide a tranquil haven for an escape whatever the time of the year.

There are baby lambs, Boer Goats, cows and calves, rare poultry breeds and the owners encourage farm participation. The farm is situated on the Marches Way footpath and close to the Sandstone Trail and Cheshire Cycleway so ideal for walkers and cyclists. Chester City is only a 20 minute drive away and we also have a super pub and shop within walking distance (1 mile).

Millmoor Farm, Lambing Breaks

We lamb 400 Ewes at Millmoor Farm for 2 weeks from 5 February, 2024 and 3 weeks from 1 April, 2024 and would love to show you a little bit more about what we do. We love opening our doors to the public and giving them a real insight into life on a proper working farm. We have lots of other animals that you can meet on your tour too including Romeo and Billie the goats and all the Nanny goats who love a cuddle. Dudley and Eddie our wonderful donkeys, 4 cute pigs, our five working Collies, lots of cows and calves, Tommy the Ginger Cat and lots of hens.

Each session is 90 minutes:
- 45 minutes in the lambing shed .
- 45 minutes additional time on the farm.

Tickets include:
- Real life lambing (if you're lucky!)
- Meet the lambs.
- Meet all the other animals/lots of photo opportunities
- Meet the farmer and our family farm Vet Laura.
