Weasel and The Bug is a tiny little shop in the heart of Chester. Weasel and The Bug was created by Katie (that’s me) as I couldn’t find any of the toys I wanted for my biggest bug to play with in shops, I felt that these toys needed to be touched, felt and loved in order to be fully loved. A Facebook page was created, boxes upon boxes where squashed into the smallest cars to attend lots of markets with babes in arms. Then in 2016 I set about bringing Weasel and The Bug to the high street while my little bear was 6 months old. For such a small shop we have BIG values at our core, here at Weasel and The Bug, we believe that you should buy well and pass on, that toys should be powered by children and not batteries. We know that we need to take care of our planet and only stock products which are sustainably sourced as well as ensuring that all the people from the creators to the makers are working in good conditions and paid a fair wage. All of these will remain at the forefront of what we do.
