Health and safety measures

- Indoor spaces have been redesigned to ensure that Social Distancing measures are in place, additionally you will see directional signage to ensure guests can flow through the hotel with confidence. 

- Showrounds or Virtual Tours can be arranged for you to assist with planning your events. 

- Meeting rooms have been reformatted to reflect the latest guidelines and changes have been made where applicable. 

- Flexible dining options will be available for residential guests. 

 

The following additional measures will be taken in bedrooms

- 10 High-Touch, Deep Clean Areas: Extra disinfection of the most frequently touched areas in guest bedrooms – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, and more.
- Clean room seal : As a measure of assurance, we will be placing a room seal on doors to indicate that your room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned
- Essentials only: We will be removing items from bedrooms that are non essential, to ensure the room is as sanitary as possible. Removed items can be requested from our reception team.
- Its never too clean: We will be increasing our cleaning of all publics areas, again paying special attention to “high-touch” areas.
- Contactless Checkout: A key drop off box at reception will be available to allow minimal interaction with others.
