As the nation mourns the loss of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, communities across the county can come together to watch the funeral service on Monday 19 September. Here is a selection of venues where you can watch the funeral service live:
Chester Cathedral will screen the Funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II in the nave of the Cathedral live, allowing for peaceful viewing, with the opportunity for prayer and reflection.
Storyhouse’s library and public spaces will be open to all on Monday 19 September from 9.30am to 7pm. We will be screening the day’s events on the big screen in The Kitchen, our main public space.
Vue will be screening the funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on Monday, 19 September, live from 10am. Seats will be free of charge and the retail offering on this day will be limited to complimentary bottled water during the broadcast, with no other snacks or drinks available for purchase.
St Thomas's Church on Parkgate Road is welcoming people to watch the live streaming of Her Late Majesty's funeral on Monday.
From 11am on Monday, Curzon will be broadcasting the Queen's State Funeral live at all Curzon venues for guests to pay their respects to the late monarch. Tickets are free to book, and you will be able to purchase food and drink as normal at the cinema.
From 9am, St Michael and all Angels Church are welcoming visitors to watch the live stream of the funeral of Her Majesty Elizabeth II
