Quarry Bank

Come rain or shine there’s fun for all the family at Quarry Bank. Enjoy hours of fun on the Mill Meadow as little ones navigate through a maze, challenge themselves with the obstacle course and build all kinds of creations at the loose parts play station.

With a changing programme of themes, families are invited to wear fancy dress, get on their marks for sports day, or go exploring on the teddy bear trail.

Venture into the Industrial Mill to get creative with craft and dressing up activities. And don't miss the tinker stations in the Brain Power Gallery. Here you’ll feel the floor shake beneath your feet as the machinery whirrs into action.

The Mill Meadow will be bursting with fun free activities and journey into the Mill to get creative with crafts and dressing up.

Every two weeks the theme of play will change, and so too will the free craft activity hosted in the Learning Space.

Motor Journeys is the theme from Saturday 20 July to Friday 2 August.

Nautical Journeys is the theme from Saturday 3 August to Friday 16 August.

The final theme is Nature's Journey's from Saturday 17 August to Monday 2 September.

Learning Space Discovery Zone This is an ideal opportunity to escape from the sun or rain and let little ones get creative. As well as a craft area, children can enjoy dressing up, playing with historic toys and imaginative play in the cottage.
