Lilo Lost It! (Commissioned by Big Imaginations) invites young audiences on an enchanting journey of self-discovery through the captivating medium of contemporary dance. Join Lilo as she navigates the colorful landscape of her mixed heritage, exploring themes of identity, acceptance, and cultural celebration. With endearing characters and a vibrant original soundtrack, this lively solo performance engages children in an interactive adventure, inviting them to join Lilo on her quest for understanding. Come along and discover the joy of celebrating differences and the beauty of embracing who you are!
Following the show, we welcome audiences to enjoy interactive activities around the museum including a movement workshop, arts and crafts, baby sensory (for our young audiences) and an exclusive look at our new interactive family-friendly gallery space.
This is a relaxed performance.
Doors open 30 mins before each show. There will be space to leave prams on the ground floor.
Age Guidance: the piece is aimed at children aged 3-8 years old. But can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
A Baby change room will be available close to the performance area.
We are a breastfeeding friendly space, but will also have a seperate breast feeding room for those who want it.
